ABC OF OHIO SELECTS NEW DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
Columbus, OH – ABC of Ohio board president, Thaddeus Claggett announced the hiring of Bryan C. Williams as the association’s new Director of Government Affairs. “ABC of Ohio is thrilled about the legislative expertise Bryan Williams brings to this position. For eight years as a former state representative, Bryan Williams strongly supported the free market principles and ABC legislative agenda,” Claggett said. “Now more than ever, the merit shop legislative agenda will help grow Ohio’s economy. Bryan will be a forceful advocate on our behalf,” said Claggett.
Bryan C. Williams served as state representative from Akron from 1997 – 2004. Since his departure from the legislature Williams has served as the director and deputy director of the Summit County Board of Elections. Williams’ understanding of the Ohio political landscape is why he has hosted numerous political talk radio programs since 2007. Williams is a 23 year veteran of local, state and national politics.
