Construction Job
Market Shows Decline
The nation’s
nonresidential
building
construction job
market in September
continued to
decline, losing
7,400 jobs on a
seasonally-adjusted
basis, according to
the Oct. 3
employment report
released by the U.S.
Labor Department.
Under the so-called
Employee Free Choice
Act or "card check"
legislation, your
workers would lose
their right to a
private ballot in a
union election,
inviting coercion
